Same as to what Tammy reported. Repairs aren't resolved in a timely manner. Ongoing issues can take a year to be resolved.
Been renting with Pre for well over a year in San Marcos, excellent group of people, the hole staff is super nice and willing to help. The owner takes great initiative in arts and nature. Very nice and respectful people, and great properties. Will definitely recommend in the future.

Requests for repairs go unanswered for months on end. Property manager is short/rude with tenants when calling to make requests, and doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner.
