Beware. Extremely disappointed with the service from this mechanical shop. Non-communicative, unprofessional, and incompetent. Used wrong part causing catastrophic failure of engine. Not only refused to take responsibility for his error but was dismissive in the process. @Paul ~ maybe if you had rectified the situation in an honourable and industry standard way (professional indemnity) , it wouldn't have created the necessity to seek compensation through unnecessary formal channels, which incidentally took half a year of eve... read more

Not only refused to take responsibility for his error but was dismissive in the process. Can't emphasise how poor this experience was. Since found out I'm not the only who has had issue with him ie. installing used parts at new prices.
Paul has serviced my car for a long time. Very happy with how he has looked after my 2014 Xtrail. Went on a long road trip to Victoria a year ago and had service done in Daylesford. The manager/ mechanic said he could tell my car had been really well looked after during its lifetime so proof of Paul's good work. Thanks Paul.
