I have had eyebrow threading and leg waxing done here. They do a good job. My skin is never irritated after the leg waxing (unlike at another place I went to).

I’m a regular customer here. To be honest, my last visit wasn’t great my eyebrows turned out uneven and it really upset me. I feel the service can be a bit inconsistent since the staff changes often and everyone has a different style. But today completely changed my experience. Manu did my full face threading and waxing, and everything was perfect. It was clean, detailed, and almost painless I was honestly so surprised and happy with the result. I’ve been coming here regularly for waxing and threading, and it’s usually been a good experience. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The person I usually book with was on leave, so due to an urgent need, I scheduled an appointment with someone else. But when I arrived, I later realized that the person who provided my service was not even the one I had booked with, and their name wasn’t listed at the time of booking. Told me there’s a deal for eyebrows and upper lip. Later did not honour that deal. Then argued with me despite being unclear about pricing. 3 of the staff came to argue about it and berate me. When I cited consumer law regarding hidden fees, they said “it’s just $5”. Well, if it’s just $5 to you then shouldn’t you let it go? I would give 1 star but they called the owner and he had some sense and he said to let it go.
