This is one of the best waxing places I have been to anywhere in the world. If you haven’t been while in Toronto, I highly recommend!
Not a fan of giving negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but I feel strongly that this needs to be talked about. It's clear that the owner, who sits at reception with a scowl on his face, overlording the women who do the threading, is forcing them to rush and doesn't care about quality service, the customer's experience, or the apparent toxic work environment these women are enduring. Don't support businesses like this. Pay a little extra and support a business that treats their staff well.
I recently visited Prayosha Threading & Wax Bar as a walk-in, and I must say, Arsh provided me with an outstanding eyebrow threading experience. Her technique was gentle, efficient, and the results were simply amazing – all at a reasonable price! Arsh truly listened to my preferences and transformed my eyebrows to perfection. I wholeheartedly recommend Prayosha Threading & Wax Bar, especially Arsh's impeccable skills, for all your eyebrow needs!
Inspite of telling the lady and showing her a picture of my previous eyebrows clearly stating that I wanted them kept thick, she went ahead and made my eyebrows extremely thin and tiny. She was also aggressive and fast with getting them done
