When I get to Praxis for my therapy, I am normally pretty tired. On the other hand, when I walk out of there I am always feeling refreshed and a lot better. Our son is graduating from high-school and was given a chance to try-out for a football scholarship in a University. My daughter fell off a horse while playing polo and she injured her back, which lead to wearing a back brace. Her doctor referred us with a physical therapist from Praxis, so she has been coming in at least 3 times a week to strengthen her back and neck.
