Karina in particular stands out for the uniquely deep level of her skills, training, preparation for our sessions and devotion to connect with both the subtle spiritual and physical elements of my developing practice. She notices everything! Karina is teaching me to be aware of my body in a way that strengthens, enlivens and fills me with hope & positivity.
Sheri is awesome! I enjoyed her Advanced Barrel class and learned more details about the new exercises. It was a small group so there was time for everyone to practice the exercises and ask questions. I look forward to taking another course at Praxis!

They have the Greatest Instructors! Extremely knowledgeable, ( Trained by the BEST Instructors Trainers ), they will assess you for what program fits your needs. Such a wonderful studio. Not only do they teach clients they are the Premier STOTT PILATES* Certification Center.
