When this company USED to be "Praxair" it was reliable and honest. Now that they are owned by Linde, their billing practices have become dishonest, and messy. For oxygen tanks that I purchased years ago, they are charging me rental fees, multiple times over, even though I bought my tanks from Praxair! They say they "can't access those invoices." Unreal... My receptionist has called and emailed multiple times, over SEVERAL weeks, asking a manager to come in and discuss this in person, only to be to told today there is No ONE ... read more
Take this for what it’s worth, but I think these guys are great! I went in and asked questions as a new welder. They took the time to answer every question and quote all the prices I needed. Walking into a place that services much bigger welding operations is intimidating. I didn’t want to waste their time. Never felt like I was for a second! Received great customer service and will be back more often!!!
nostalgia is great but when my dad fell and tore both his hamstrings they eliminated his position (he was a sales rep, this was 2016.) so nice place nostalgia wise but screw the person who eliminated dads position
Linde has mistakingly charged my account for more than $5,000 over the past several months. Linde has acknowledged this mistake dozens of times but has been unable to resolve the issue. I have been forced to take legal action against Linde Gas & Equipment due to their lack of resolution with this issue.
