If you are looking for a good psychiatrist you definitely do not want to come here and see Dr. Soni.He is confrontational, cocky and on top of all things you will leave here crying instead of feeling like you've been helped. I've never seen another psychiatrist like him. He actually makes you feel like you committed a crime and are questioned like you're the lowest of low! He's extremely argumentative and makes you feel 100% worse that if you intended to harm yourself before seeing him you would

My husband was given a medication for a condition that he doesn't have. After he had an adverse reaction to it, Soni tried to pretend that his medication didnt cause it. When you try to ask him questions he starts speaking in broken English. He ignored a serious heart condition and kidney failure just so he could bill and prescribe. He should be charged with malpractice.

He refuses to listen, briefly, to a situational event (s) that maybe of significance in determining tx plan with proper meds, if nended. He will work on his computer, barely interacting with the patient. My first visit of 3 (going elsewhere), he could not recall how many visits I had. Nor remember that I had an 8 point negative drug screen, all the while, only interaction was with inaccurate info on computer. Done!
