Had an appointment for a turbinate reduction. The doctor & I agreed to an anti-anxiety pill prior to the procedure. I received a call to confirm my appt & again, I confirmed that an anti-anxiety pill would be prescribed. It was confirmed & advised if I had not heard from my pharmacy by 3pm the day before to call them. At 4p.m. the day prior to my procedure, Dr. Salzar's PA called to go over prep. Staff was rude, did not listen to you, LPNs were not very educated robotic in interaction with you. Unwilling to allow you to use other facilities for testing. They are doctor own so that would mean less profits for them regardless of convenience and comfort for you the patient. Very hard to get appointments in a timely manner, follow up in over 8weeks when nothing was done during the first one.
Excellent physician. Want him as my regular cardiologist.
