Very poorly run. Lost parts off my 4 wheeler. Would not answer my calls and even began to pick up and hang up rather than give me updates. Picked up my 4 wheeler after 4-5 weeks and it had not been repaired. Had to wait almost 2 hours for them to halfway put it back together so I could pick it up. Missing lots of bolts, screws and gear shifter knob. 😞 carburetor was dripping gas.
They are not a legitimate business since 2018. They do not have a business license either. Sorry place to do business with. Did not rebuild my motor as Dustin said he would and he kept over $500 worth of my parts. Will not answer phone or texts and never at the shop when I go by.
Wish someone would communicate with me. No one answers the phone
The owner needs to get in touch with Brent McClellan on his Arctic that you all have had since December 2019 has not returned any of our calls nor messages
RecommendedFast dependable and HONEST service on my Rubicon and while loading they found an additional problem with it and the owner had two mechanics working over an hour after closing to get the problem fixed so my Rubicon would be right when it left his shop and all at no extra charge. THATS amazing customer service! Will be back with all my service needs!!
I am gonna retract my last review. Kelly made everything right. I would recommend these guys anytime you need any motorcycle work done. Kelly, his son and mechanic Daniel was awesome

Went to prattville powersports looking for the baddest mower on the market. As soon as I walked in they stopped what they were doing to help me. From start to finish these good folks made me feel welcomed and had me setup to go with the mower and the accessories. These bad boy mowers are pure beast and this new rogue with the 999cc Kawasaki motor is no slouch if your looking for a new mower these people and this place is where it’s at thanks Prattville Powersports!
