At first I fell in love with the office, they were friendly, great about setting Appointments and getting my teeth fixed but as soon as I had a root canal go bad is when the experience changed. Dr Chambers left and I met Dr Scott, Dr Chamber showed Dr Scott that I had a root canal go bad and how I was going to be seen by an Endodontist to have them fix it. Well this pandemic going on my appointment was rescheduled and I was told to call my Dentist to see if they can prescribe my an antibiotic for the infection I have for the... read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I can not recommend this place. There are many many reputable dentist offices in the area. You have lots of options. Choose carefully who you trust to take care of your family's teeth health.
Really No body would have a clue..I really don’t like going but my visit today with Prattville Dental Care made me feel 💯 better..they are the best & thank you Katelyn you were awesome 😁
Today was my first visit and Kaitlyn was so sweet.You can tell she loves her job.She’s very patient with her patients.I would recommend this dentist to anyone.
