We had such a nice stay at the Pratt Place Inn and Barn! Cozy, comfortable like a home away from Home!
This is a beautiful historic hotel perfectly maintained in a quiet country-like setting very close to the Arkansas campus. Our room was wonderful and we especially enjoyed the huge balcony. The breakfast each morning was generous and delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely return!
From the moment we drove up, I was captivated by the Inn, Catalpa did not disappoint! We spent our first night as husband and wife here. Every year on our anniversary we will be returning to Catalpa. The staff is really what makes the experience. We had champagne, roses, chocolate and the sweetest card awaiting us when we arrived. Breakfast from our own private balcony, overlooking the barn and God's amazing creation. This place was beautiful! We went for an anniversary trip and a concert. You can't beat the location. Super close to everything in Fayetteville, but set on enough acreage to make you feel "off the grid." Lovely staff. Grounds are stunning. They brought us a delicious breakfast every morning with fresh fruit and coffee as well. It was quiet and relaxing. Room was beautiful as well. We saw a lot of deer and the resident Palominos were friendly too. We will certainly be back again!
