RecommendedWe thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at Pratt Place this weekend. Tucked magically away in the heart of Fayetteville was this oasis of calm, quiet beauty. From our tour upon arrival (and the welcoming committee of six deer in the driveway) to our delightful and sumptuous breakfast basket, we relished every moment. Delightful!

I’ve been photographing weddings at Pratt Place Inn and Barn since before the Inn was restored and back when the barn was still a working horse barn. So much greatness has been added to this property over the past couple of decades. I always love being here! Please check out the Inn or the Barn if you’re planning a wedding or event!
This place is the most gorgeous place to book a wedding in NWA. It does not matter what time of year you book it the scenery is very beautiful. Everything from the barn to the dinning room , to the rooms, are absolutely stunning . The staff was extremely accommodating for my wedding and all the questions we had were answered . If I could give it more than 5 stars I would .
