We are so thankful for Pratt Automotive regardless of what happened to the car after we purchased it. Truman made sure to make things right with us no matter what happened. Although we had to make more than one trip up there Truman definently make things right. We loved going through Pratt Automotive and will hopefully be able to purchase something again when needed! We were sold a lemon. When we came to look at the car all seemed okay except the check engine light was on. He assured us it had something to do with the cruise control and he would fix it. Since he has a good rep online we trusted him. After having the car for two weeks and charging us $200 to fix it, we are finally able to pick it up on a Thursday.
