Tried to get a waiting time for an approx new patient appointment. Spoke with Celina W and refused to give me the information. Spoke with Rose a few weeks ago 06/08/24 and she gladly assisted me. This is what happens when a Robot answers the phone and only knows one way and has been taught how to provide no information. Congratulations on Celina W superior who is unfortunately also a Robot.
Dr. Chitrapu is a wonderful doctor! She answers all my questions and is helping me be more healthy.
I am very dissatisfied with this doctor. I would give zero stars if I could. I had an appointment with her yesterday. I went to my appointment and was informed that they did not accept one of my insurances. She said it was possible that I would have a co-pay. I was not going to see this doctor with that. They should have let me know before I took the trouble to go there. That was not professional. I will go to a doctor that will accept both of my insurances. This doctor is not that good.
