Great experience considering this is my first pair of glasses. The staff was extremely patient with me while I asked questions and tried on different frames. Great Doctor, great staff!
While some optometrists rush you through your exam or make you feel like they're anxious to get to their next patient, Dr. Prather was incredibly thorough. He took the time to answer all of my questions and double-checked to ensure I had the proper prescription for my notoriously difficult multifocal contacts. Dr. Prather helped with my son Will after a sport injury to the eye and was so impressed with the total care he gave not only my son, but the reassurance he gave me throughout the process kept me calm and allowed me to make educated decisions. He spoke to my 10 year old and involved him in the process! Thank you!! What a great resource for Noblesville!
