Horrible place. Dr. Singhal is not a great doctor. The first time I went to him he asked me, "What are you here for?" I said: A physical. He said, "What do you want done?" ..... RED FLAG. I came to him because I needed a physical because I knew my iron was very low and I needed him to diagnose me and send me to a hematologist. He made me do my own research about the doctors. Dr Pratap's office is convenient in terms of proximity to my office. HOWEVER, dealing with his wife who is the office manager is terrible. She is extremely rude and extreemly inefficient. It is a shame because he is a good doctor. She will schedule you for an appointment and when you get there, she will have overbooked and you're stuck waiting up to 2 hours. They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
