I'm giving them a 3/5 mainly because of the service we received today, and the lack of authentic caring from the manager. We've eaten here quite a few times and for the most part we love the place. But it only takes one negative experience to kill a good thing. Basically we waited just over 45 minutes for a very basic breakfast order. During that time our server only visited our table once, and mentioned nothing about the long wait, we had to ask for a manager to explain why it was taking so long.
