The server rushed our entire meal and we felt like they just wanted to turn the table. So disappointing. The food is good (minus the hair in my husband's scallops), but our experience was poor. The bartender did a nice job, however. Not sure if we will be back.

I just had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and it was incredible! The salmon was fresh and cured perfectly. Nice and salty like i like it. The French bread was toasted just right and and the perfect amount of bounce. The hollandaise was the perfect consistency, not too thick and not too runny. The eggs were poached perfectly, not overcooked and not undercooked. I would definitely order this item again and I would definitely bring friends here for breakfast! Great job

We are staying at the Tru Hilton and were pleasantly surprised to see places to eat within walking distance. Prasino’s food was fantastic and enjoyed by our party of four.
Such a beautiful place with respectful/quality wait staff. My husband and I sat at the bar waiting for friends and had a great experience from that all the way to when our party of 14 showed up and ate dinner. Made my birthday wonderful!

The Salmon ( served on a tasty bed of Cole Slaw ) is the Best I’ve had... and I’ve had some excellent Salmon in the best of Fine Dining Restaurants ! Tender, moist and cooked to perfection... OMG !! Can’t wait to go again for my Birthday week after next !
