Tuna Tartare and PEI mussels were yummy! This is only the second time I have been here, but one of St. LOUIS'S best!
The skewers were delicious, took me back to Greece! The Margherita flat bread was good, but not as incredible as the skewers or the lamb burger (so incredibly delicious, reminded me of Turkey!) The raspberry gooey butter cake was also delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone (skip the flatbread.) The atmosphere was perfection, loved, loved, loved this restaurant (did I already say that?)
Bacon onion flatbread was delicious! My new favorite.
We head to Prasino nearly every time we visit St. Louis, and we were particularly appreciative of the experience we had there on Dec. 28, when we had a surprise-birthday dinner with local friends. The hostess sat us at a perfectly placed table (with visibility to the front door, so we would know when our guest of honor was arriving), and the manager immediately came over to ask how we would like their arrival to transact -- an extremely thoughtful touch. The sushi! Unbelievable. The food here is consistently wonderful.
First the food was awesome. Flavors, temps on the burgers was spot on, and George our server was super knowledgeable about the menu. Most importantly, our table of 7 had some dietary concerns and the menu was able to accommodate us. George never batted an eye at some of our requests and he just smiled through all of it. It was truly a wonderful experience and I will return.
