I had gone to a gastroenterologist last year after suffering from bloating and not being able to eat anything without getting sick. I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis and was sent to Dr. Kedia in Dallas as he was a specialist in the GPOEM procedure. After talking to him he told me I was a candidate for the procedure. Dr Kedia’s knowledge & Skill as an Esophageal Surgeon is Exceptional .I had a restricted Esophagus and had a hard time eating & drinking .Dr Kedia performed POEM Surgery and now I can drink or eat anything .He has a wonderful bedside manner and He follows up every few months . He really cares for His Patients . His last Tele-visit is proof that He cares about any little problem. About a year removed from Surgery and He still follows up with me . I have been having esophageal problems for more than three years. My GI in Fort Worth is not a surgeon and referred me to Dr. Kedia, even though he is in Dallas, because he wanted me to “have the best.” Dr. Kedia has solved multiple GI problems for me, and he always listens when something new comes up, making sure I get all necessary tests and treatment. He is very caring and is also an excellent doctor. I wouldn’t want anyone else working on my GI tract.
