I am looking for another doctor because the front desk people are very very rude. even hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. Maybe the Dr does not know but I will not tolerate this abuse. Three drs have already left this practice, drs that were my doctors. Not what I call anything good.

A few months back, I was admitted to the hospital with a possible appendicitis. I was told over and over how I needed a "PCP" and figured this one was as good as any other. About 10 days ago, I had my final visit with the surgeon who basically had more "We don't know" and We're not sure's", so I paid my co-pay and left not knowing anything new. Today, I had my first (and last) appointment with this Doctor and was told I had a balance of almost $500.00 and I wouldn't be seen by the Doctor until I paid up. How is this even POS... read more

Dr. Barakoti is excellent, but his front of office staff is terrible. I regularly wait on hold for 20+ minutes, then get rude, and often unhelpful assistance from one of his glorified secretaries. My advice would to be to get rid of all these cancerous women who are ruining the quality of your medical process.
