DISHONEST... DISHONEST... CAREFUL PUBLIC WITH THIS DENTIST AND OFFICE. Think twice before going with this dentist. I went for a tooth cleaning services and after that my dental insurance paid for this services. But What would be my surprise that this office sent me to a collection agency claiming that they were not paid. I called this office many times asking they to fix their mistakes and told them that I have proof that the insurance paid and their response has been ignore me. CAREFUL
Very poor services and inept office staff, billed for work not done and then stiill tried to get $150 more after I had paid that because they had not billed the insurance correctly. Dr Parmar could not even make a temporary crown and I waited 3 weeks for the crown. They then sent me a bill for $60 with a big red sticker on it saying they were sending it to colllections, I wrote them a letter and asked them to send me a polite bill, but they told me to pay up and my confusion was no excuse!
