I called on a Friday afternoon that my air conditioner was not working. They came out that day. My unit was 17 years old and I needed a new one. Zack went back to the office to get me a portable air conditioner to use for the weekend and they were out Monday morning to install my new unit. I am very satisfied with the price and will only use Prantl heating and air.
Zack and Jason are awesome🥰...very friendly, concerned, patient and passionate; After a 2nd visit, Zack went an extra measure to assure the problem was fixed correctly for the longer duration, by adding a pump....I would recommend them ANYTIME 💯

Great experience here. It is a new owner as I called them from past experience with Prantl. I have 2 units one that was low on freon but working, and one that I suspected was dead or had a bad capacitor. Zack showed up on time with awesome text alerts letting me know the exact ETA. Next day service on a Friday before a holiday weekend was nice even though my call wasn't an emergency. There was NO UP SELLING HERE. I recently have had the experience of Prantl Heating/Cooling and their absolute diligence (8 hrs of their technicians working in a very hot attic), it became evident I had not chosen the best option…but be assured these guys , Tom,Chris,,Zac , Nick and Blake managed this difficult situation with such patience, skill and financial consideration, it was outstanding.
