Excellent experience with this company. I was able to get an appointment asap when others said it would be several weeks. Tom even arrived early in the morning, so I didn’t have to wait all day in the heat with no AC. He was very knowledgeable about his field, clean cut and respectful, which I appreciated with someone in my home. He told me the problem and addressed it quickly. I cannot say enough great things about Prantl Heating & Air and Tom, the owner. Every year, they donate an HVAC unit to a local organization, and this year they chose the nonprofit where I work, Grace House Ministries, which serves Alabama girls in foster care. One of our homes received a brand-new HVAC unit at no cost. It was such a blessing. During installation, Tom even found an issue we didn’t know about and fixed it.
