Billy gave me the best haircut I've had in many years, and almost as many stylists. I say this as someone who is particular about their hair and cuts. He's fantastic, and he REALLY listens to make sure you get what want. He's also a great and fun person. The person who helped me book the appointment was super friendly and nailed it in suggesting a stylist based on my needs. Highly recommend!
EDIT: have to say, after replying to my review, the owner followed up with a phone call. She saw the pictures and requested I go back for a chance to look at it, fix it and learn in the process what could have gone wrong, so they can provide a better service and quality to all future customers. WAS/AM UNABLE TO TAKE THE OFFER, HOWEVER I FELT I HAD TO SHARE THE LEVEL OF INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM BY THE OWNER And state give this place a try. I love going to Prana Beauty & Wellness Salon in Centennial. I’ve been coming here for a little while now and I see Erika — she’s an awesome hairstylist and always does an amazing job with my hair. I leave every appointment loving the results. The entire team at this hair salon is incredibly kind and welcoming. They always have snacks and drinks available, and even offer wine if you want it, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. Amelia (my nail tech) was really thorough and friendly! I got a pedicure with the Dazzle Dry nail polish. It looks great. I’m excited to come back and try the Gel Tips Full Set.
