He accepted my mother as a patient. She had Medicaid. He then never saw her again. She suffered and she died. Then his office (with Katta at the time) heard of her passing and called me to tell me it wasn't their fault! If you have Medicaid you may want to think twice as this man did not place any value on my mother due to her having Medicaid. He only had time for the higher reimbursing insurance.
FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. This doctor only cares about MONEY!!! Never saw the doctor before or after a upper or lower GI. The minute I walked in, the staff kept asking for money, even though my procedure post-phoned. After procedure a lady shoved a paper in my hand and said get this medicine. Did not give me a chance to ask why. I was pushed out of the room to accommodate the next victim in the assembly line. Work in health care and know a bad doc when I see one. Hole in the wall office Ft Pierce.
Unnecessary long wait after procedure for final meeting with doctor - then he spent about 30 seconds - ignored accompanying family member. Had to stop him leaving to ask a question about post-procedure protocol. In summary, regardless of his medical skill, his personal interaction with patients is not very good.
The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Joseph answered my questions and took time to explain my condition.
I had a great experience with Dr Joseph and I would recommend him to people he was very understanding very gentle and he made sure you understood what was going on
I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone. I have only seen him once. He has another doctor working with him. Office staff does not return telephone calls nor do they follow up with getting test results. I had to get my own results. When I questioned the office staff why they did not get my blood work results they stated no one answered the phone. It took me approximately 10 mins. to contact my insurance company, they e:mailed the results which I sent to office. Want$$ before you see Dr.
MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT AT DR JOSEPH OFFICE. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AND HIS STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE DOCTOR AND HIS ARNP WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT IN HANDLING MY PROCEDURE SCHEDULING. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WHEN I LEFT AND WOULD RECOMMEND.
