He was friendly but quick. I gave 3 stars because I have not yet received my results from my procedure which I was told I would receive a call in a few days.
My appointment with Dr Joseph rushed in and wanted me to see another doctor
I waited one hour in the office. I had to fill out forms I had filled out online the day before. Staff was pleasant. Dr. Joseph came in, was pleasant, didn’t give me time to ask questions about my health concerns. If you are in excellent health, have no medical issues, this may be the place for you. If you have medical problems, Dr. Joseph will not address anything taking more than 2 minutes. Dr. Joseph has been following me for the past few years for upper and lower GI issues. He's performed several upper endoscopies and colonoscopies. He's been concerned, thorough, pleasant, patient and professional.
What a great doctor! Not only is he extremely professional, he truly cares about his patients. Dr. Joseph is efficient and knowledgeable. He has helped me so much with my GI issues. The staff are friendly and productive. I would highly recommend him!

His staff was friendly yet professional. They requested insurance cards and my health history. Soon, Dr Joseph met me in the examination room, introduced himself, and asked me the questions I expected. He listened to every answer. After he made a preliminary exam, he suggested a colonoscopy. When Dr. Joseph took over for the retiring doctor he was good and took the time to explain. 2 years later he doesn't spend as much time and the office seems mixed up as they messed up my appointment. There were long hold on phone times and no return calls without me getting after them. Then I see he settled a Malpractice lawsuit for quarter of a million dollars 12/12/17. I won't be going back. I have just spent 3 months working with Dr Joseph. I've had extensive test & xrays. He has been by my side the entire time. There's no words to express my appreciation for his kindest, patience, & caring. I feel very lucky to know this fantastic human being. Maryann, vero beach.??
