This is the worst medical provider I have ever experienced. The staff never follows up on things the doctor says they will. When you try to call you only get to talk to AI. You leave multiple messages and nobody calls you back. Most recently I tried to call multiple time and the phone doesn't even work. You walk in this place and you see posters with cost for hangover treatments. This doctor also is a marijuana prescriber. They seem much more interested in profits than patients. I have seen Dr. A at InCare several times now. Recently, I experienced a case of Sciatica and Dr. A saw me virtually because I couldn’t drive. At my 5 day recheck my pain had increased a great deal and Dr. A told me he was going to get me in to see a Pain Management doctor STAT. He told me to hold for his staff and they’d get me in with the pain mgmt. doctor. (***Edited One Month Later*** Due to insurance complications, my husband couldn't change doctors until 2026; the service and care continues to be very poor with a critical medication being unaddressed in a timely manner.)
