Red neck taco had to be experienced. Carrot casserole...yes. Could be my favorite BBQ! Great sauce.
There is no better brisket to be found anywhere. Period. Add friendly service and lemon pie and you have a destination worth driving to Buford from Woodstock for!
We love the food, atmosphere and folks at PTL. I stick with the pork as I love it but I have tried the chicken and brisket and both are good. The grit cakes are AWESOME! Best of all is, if you're a local, you never know who you may run into there and we often add more to our party than originally planned!

1st-time visit tonight, even though I only live a few miles away. It was every bit as good as I'd heard. The homemade BBQ sauces (and there are many) are incredible. Will be back!!
I'm a self proclaimed 'cue snob. I've gone on road trips just to try good BBQ. And I'm thrilled beyond belief that some of the best BBQ I've ever had is 5 miles from me. The brisket is beyond amazing. The pork and chicken are great too. And the restaurant's ambience just adds to the experience. The owner interacts with his customers, which makes you feel very welcome. Eat here, I promise you won't regret it.
The BBQ is great and the Brunswick Stew is amazing in my opinion!
Thank you for such wonderful food for the blue and gold banquet for pack 1534. My very picky grandson had 4 helpings (small), but for him to eat is amazing. I found a new bbg restaurant.
Thanks for a great meal. Our party of ten showed up five minutes before closing and the staff insisted that we stay and order. We ordered a bunch of finely prepared meats, sides, and desserts and took them back to our hotel. One item was better than the next. The meats were perfect, I had the collards (perfect), and the carrot soufflé. This was unlike any carrot dish I have ever had! We got some banana pudding and peach cobbler to share. Both were amazing! Thank you for a great meal. We hope to see you soon!
