Verified Renter The apartments are in a great location. A lot more houses around so feels more family friendly. The older boy Especially loves that he can ride his bike to the golf course across from us. Facing the interstate we really dont hear slot of the nosie when we have our door or windows closed so more quiet then we thought which is great.
Verified Renter Definitely not what I expected. Wasn't cleaned properly, several things need maintenance, and security was lacking. Had two packages stolen right off the bat, the security door could be opened without a key, etc. Definitely wouldn't recommend it for the price. Very spacious though.

Prairiewood Meadows Love are new apt and garage the play yard in back is wonderful. When there is any problems I call are agent Jason and he solve it the same day . I can always count on his . The only thing I don't like my kitchen cabinets are really old and also the ones in the bathroom they are clean just from the 70s and the hallways and stairs need to be clean more often. Other than that we are very happy here and are neighbors are very nice.
