I feel very sad from new management who did not answer the phones after calling the office multi times. I did not like the service of new management.
This apartment complex is not what it claims to be. Infested with cockroaches, mice, and ants. They advertise as pet-friendly, but it’s anything but — I was constantly blamed for not picking up after my dog even when I did, to the point I had to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome him. Blamed for barking after he was rehomed as well, when there is no barking. Despite being quiet and respectful, I received noise complaints for simply living my life. New Manager is great, everything is changing for the better, and fast. It's a whole different feeling here. I was looking for a new complex, but confirmed today that I will be renewing my lease. It makes a huge difference when there is someone in the office that cares. Super excited for the changes that are happening!
Since being under new management A lot has changed repairs are getting done.Management is always available to residents. Ms. DAWN is doing amazing! She is really beginning to turn things around here.
