We have had this water softener system for three years now and are very satisfied with its performance and customer service.
Prairie State installed an iron filter in my house. I have well water and before the installation wherever there was water there was orange iron --- on clothes, on tub and shower walls, even my hair. My hairdresser told me that I was "*****". The filter was one of the best investments that I could have made. My water is clear and I can purchase white clothes again. This is an honest and courteous company and they take care of their customers and address problems efficiently.
