We attended the Bosque beer pairing tonight. First thing, every dish was cold! The fish tasted old, the pork belly was completely charred on the bottom and top but was still cold, the wild boar chop was very tough and the potato served with it was so cold I thought it came right out of the refrigerator. The only good part of the dinner was desert, which was excellent! Furthermore, it took 3 hours to serve five courses of cold food. I’m very disappointed we spent $114 for this! Won’t be going back for this type of event.
