1st time at this dental practice and was totally impressed!! The receptionist was a Hoot!!! The dental hygienist was very good and the dentist was thorough!!! I would recommend this practice to everyone!!!
The dentist himself and the dental assistants are great, I had a procedure last year that I put off for a long time out of anxiety - they were friendly, judgement free & the procedure went smoothly. That being said, the billing situation is a bit of a mess. After getting a preauthorization and paying in full for the procedure after it was completed I received a bill for $100s of dollars in December. After a call it was confirmed an error and cancelled. I've always had high anxiety going to the dentist. This place was awesome! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I came in as a new patient for an emergency tooth extraction and was in and out within an hour. They did a great job and was affordable. They made me feel cared for and answered all my questions. I will be going here again for sure. Thanks Praire Star Dental!
