Great experience with Prairie Star Dental. Beth and Dr. Rawcliffe are professional and friendly. I appreciate the front desk staff scheduling me sooner than expected. Originally I was going to be seen in April. So grateful for the earlier appointment today! Thank you so much!
Really enjoyed my experience here. The staff were kind and professional. Went for an exam and a cleaning. Varies times the dental assistant (I believe her name was Vicky, but my hearing could have been off) would check to make sure nothing was unbearable. Also, appreciated the clear explanations and maintenance tips without pushing to sell anything. Definitely plan on going back for check ups and cleanings!
Best experience I have ever had at a dentist office! Bethany was my hygienist and she was kind, friendly, and did a fantastic job with my cleaning and evaluation. My first time in was an easy process from booking the appointment online, the ability to fill out all the forms ahead of time before I arrived, and a very short wait time before I was called back. Office was clean and orderly and their equipment all seemed like the latest and greatest. For the first time I'm not nervous to return!
First off, they got me in for a same day appointment for a cleaning. The staff was competent which can be hard to find today. The lady at the front desk was very efficient and friendly. No extra paperwork or questions. Karrie is THE BEST dental hygienist I have ever had work on me. She communicates throughout the entire process and clearly has a passion and gift for what she does.
