awful customer service. I've had to do their job and more when it comes to billing, calling Insurance, Etc. I will never bring my kids to this place again. and I will never recommend this place to anyone in the future.
If you like waiting a long time past your appt. this is the place for you. Ugh!!!!
Staff was excellent and made us feel at ease! Our appointment went smoothly. All procedures were explained to us before they were performed.
Dr Beck and his nurses have been amazing with all three of my kids the past 8 years. But in the process of transferring their care elsewhere, if the office would get it together to do so. The front office has been such a headache for the past year. It's a shame that the doctors there have such unorganized people working for them!
My kids see Dr. Brenner and we love her! We have always had a great experience whether it was an annual check-up or sick appointment. Dr. Brenner is very sweet/kind and has a great bedside manner. The staff is great too. I highly recommend!!
We love Dr Najdawi!!!! Had he not found what was not detected before we would not have our daughter. We owe him so much!!!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO PRAIRIE PEDIATRICS!! Two years ago today my wife and I lost our only child, our son Cameron Condon. He was almost two and half years old at the time of his death. Unfortunately Cameron was a patient of Prairie Pediatrics since he was born in January of 2013. His primary “doctor” at Prairie Pediatrics was Eyad Najdawi.
