vegas Great place. The best quality and service. I am continually impressed. This is one place I always make a priority when I visit Fremont.
Can't Recommend Although I'm sure this place has had to pass health inspections, I couldn't help but feel a little uneasy about freshness and cleanliness when I went here for the first and only time. I got a gift certificate for Christmas and when I went to the store to use it I was taken aback by the less than sparkling look of the little house turned into a store/butcher shop. This market is everything a small town girl needs. What a great place. Friendly people, a butcher who cuts meat to order, and really fresh meat like you will never get in a big box supermarket! I love this place. Thank you, Chudinski's!
Great meat and service The thing that struck me the most about Prairie Market was the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. The butcher I talked with was very knowledgeable and did custom cuts for me. He took the time to ask how I was cooking it and, after I told him I was smoking it, offered to put some of their own dry rub on it and vacuum seal it. It turned out AWESOME. Excellent Meat I have been a shopper at this market for over 15 years and you'll be hard-pressed to find better smoked bacon. We have lived in 3 different states and always come back to get their bacon, since it is so tasty. Their meats are excellent quality and it has been run by the Chudzinski family for over 40 years. My mother-in-law has been a loyal customer for 30 years!
