Very helpful. Instead of telling me to just stop doing certain exercises that caused problems, showed me how to do them properly and correctly stretch before and after

Dr Derek is great at what he does and always gives helpful stretches and tips on ways to help with the pain!
Went in to see Dr. Derek yesterday for neck pain, got an acupuncture treatment, pain is gone today! What a relief!
