RecommendedI did my first Turbo Kick class last night and it was AWESOME! I burnt over 800 calories and the instructor Emily kept up her energy and positive vibe throughout the ENTIRE hour. This is by far my favorite class that I have taken at Genesis! Can't wait to hit this class again!

RecommendedThe Group X Classes are the reason that fitness has become a integral and important part of my life. I was one of those people that hated working out. Now I hate when I miss a class. Emily Warren gets you fired up for Turbo every week. There is really no class quite like it. I burn the most calories in this total body work out. Jeanine Boyer kills it in everything she does.
