SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. All item's left outside in elements, they must sit there outside (rain, sleet, ise, or snow) for several weeks until they can "get to it." Your option is to continue to call back in hopes of a shorter service window. They will not put you on a virtual wait list and call you to drop off within a day of service date/time. I will never buy from this place again.

Prairie has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I left my lawn mower with them last fall, and I’m still having the exact same issues now. I asked them to please try to expedite this repair since they didn’t do it properly the first time, but they obviously don’t care about the customer. I have been without a lawn mower for two weeks now. I bought a $2000 snowblower from Prairie two years ago, and I wish that I would have gone anywhere else. They really don’t care about the customer.
