Disappointing and terrible service. 2025 was the 2nd year I used them for 2 snow-blowers. 2024 was ok. I called in 2025 for the pickup of the 2 blowers and was told that they would warrant the service for the first usage of each unit and that they wanted to do the work at their convenience. The units were returned in June 2025. I used the smaller unit for the snow for winter 2025. I used the large unit for the first time in February 2026 and had major problems with it.
