"I had a wonderful experience when taking in our snowblower for repair. Since it’s summer and there was no immediate rush, they were thoughtful enough to check if a slightly further-out completion date worked for my schedule rather than just assuming. Very reasonable pickup and delivery costs. Staff is friendly and keeps you posted on your repair. Appears to be a family owned business, so even better. These folks are tops as far as I am concerned.

Brought in a recoil 7 days ago,simple fix? Called after 6 days and talked to a guy(I know his name) very rude! Said they had no time to look at it. Called another place and they said can be done in a day. Went to pick up my parts today and the rude one walked right by me without eye contact. Got the parts(so I thought) got home missing a main part! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
I sure miss the former owners! I dropped of a backpack blower for service over 2 months ago—called 3 times for an update and never even got a callback. Finally gave up waiting and came in to pick it up…no explanation, no apology, no refund of my deposit. Needless to say I’ll never be back—sad because this was my go-to service shop for many years.
