Don’t ever build in one of their HOAs. They change the covenants at will against the covenants rules and discriminate against homeowners also against covenant rules and snub their noses at you. So erogant that your not worth their time. Now I have to take them to court all because they made a bunch of changes during Covid with a don’t give shit attitude toward homeowners!

Exceptional service and beautifully built home. I have seen my share of new homes with workmanship where corners were cut to the point it was painfully obvious. Prairie Home Builders is definitely not that kind of builder. These homes are built with skill and carefulness to detail. They are builders with integrity, courtesy and strive to make sure you have the best new home experience you can have. I would highly recommend them to anyone. So glad my home was built by Prairie Home Builders!
This is the sixth new construction house I have had in my lifetime. Now I realize it is difficult to compare builders/contractors over that span of time but these guys are far and away the best group of people I have ever worked with. I highly recommend this company and would certainly deal with them again.
