What awful customer service. Upon ordering flowers for my father's funeral, we were told our short time frame was an inconvience because she had a wedding to do. She said, "I'm sorry for your loss, BUT I have a wedding to do and I'm the only one working." Very inconsiderate. Will never go there again.

Terrible customer service! I would not recommend this business to anyone! I ordered flowers for my Mother's Birthday and they had her pick them up a day late, and they still charged me for a delivery! I called and spoke to the manager and she said they had called, and even tried to deliver twice and left notes. After talking to my Mother, she never received a call and there were no notes. Be forewarned -they don't care about quality nor customer service.

I ordered a corsage and boutonnière for prom, when I picked up the order on the day of the prom the items were rather plain, and no accent color to complement the dress was used, although I was told otherwise when I placed the order. When I expressed my dismay the owner of the shop had a take it or leave it attitude and no apologies, so I went ahead and purchased the items since time was short, and later discovered the flowers were wilted.
