rude A nice employee and he is always clean and a happy person. But the owner is rude.. The place is great .but the treatment is not friendly from the owner at all.
WORST KENNEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO ! MY POOR DOG CAME BACK TO ME FILTHY. HER BED WAS RUINED - COVERED IN URINE AND EXCREMENT AND HER COLLAR WAS ALSO . MY DOG IS AN INSIDE DOG AND HAS NOT WENT POTTY IN THE HOUSE SINCE SHE WAS A PUPPY, YEARS AGO. WHEN WE ASKED THE OWNERS ABOUT THE DEPLORABLE CONDITION OUR DOG WAS RETURNED TO US IN - THERE WAS NO APOLOGY JUST GRUFF EXCUSES.IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG , THINK ABOUT TAKING THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE. Difficult to do business with this kennel We were visiting Spokane for an extended stay, from Tucson. We attempted to visit this kennel prior to boarding our dog for the first time. We had a great deal of difficulty reaching anyone at the business, after multiple phone calls. We finally left a message that we would be at the kennel at a 8:00am, and asked that they call if the time/date was not convenient for them. No call. pets a few of my family members board their animals here while they are gone from home, i recently accompanied one of them to pick up their dogs and was highly impressed with the cleanliness and the great atmosphere each animal was provided with. a very nice and clean place and the owner was simply a delight to talk with.
