I am writing to express my shock and disappointment at the unethical practices your company recently carried out in our community. Your team was hired by an adjacent HOA to ours in order to address a family of prairie dogs at the edge of our property, but instead of handling the situation professionally and humanely, your exterminators killed the animals and their dead bodies strewn across the path. I wish I could give Prairie Dog Pros many more stars because 5 stars isn’t enough! Curtis provided excellent service starting from the very first phone conversation. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he’d do: rid our property of an unwanted prairie dog colony. A follow up treatment was needed and Curtis took care of that within days. My experience with Prairie dog Pro’s was nothing less than amazing! I am so thankful for their services! They came and knocked out all the Prarie dogs on my property and 4 more of my neighbors. Then they came back to pick up any that were missed for free! These guys are genuine hard workers and good guys who wanted to make sure we were happy with our service. I can now use my land for exactly what I want and it’s beautiful and productive. I would only recommend these Prairie Dog Pros!
