Do not go there unless you like to sit around and wait. They triple and quadruple book patients with one Dr. !! Yesterday 5 people with an 8:30 appointment hmm, I left. My time is valuable. The office staff are unfriendly. When I initially called to make the appointment I asked for 1st thing in the morning. Apparently, the girl cant tell time or doesn't know their hours. 8:30 is not the first appointment -Kaitlyn! Was there 3 yrs ago and had a decent experience. I will now find someone else. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Staff was friendly. The doctor took time to explain to me what was going on with my skin and explained treatment.
Other than the front desk receptionist, there was a complete lack of personal connection. Neither of the medical assistants smiled or were friendly in any way, it was our first time visiting the office. The med assistant directed all of her questions to me, rather than my almost 16 year old daughter, who the appointment was for. The doctor came in rushed, didn’t introduce himself, no eye contact, and says “so what do you want to do?” When I explained that my daughter didn’t know what her options were (this is why we’re here)... read more
Staff was friendly and professional. My problem was quickly taken care of. I definitely recommend Prairie Dermatology
