I had one of the best clinic experiences I’ve ever had at Prairie Dermatology with Dr. Michael Gianetti. From the start, the visit felt unhurried and genuinely patient-centered. Dr. Gianetti took the time to listen to everything I had to say and showed real interest in my personal experience rather than treating me like just another appointment. Dr. Ginnetti and his staff are very professional and answered all my questions. The facility is in excellent shape and the atmosphere immediately put my mind at ease. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Ginnetti and his staff therefore I will continue to utilize their services. I highly recommend Prairie Dermatology!
Suddenly Prairie is no longer taking Humana Gold Plus insurance. We called two days prior to our appointment and no mention that our insurance is no longer in network. We showed up to the appointment and were told our primary doctor would have to reinstate our need and refused to see us.
The staff was great Doctor Ginnetti was very through and explained everything that was going to happen. I highly recommend recommend Dr. Ginnetti.
