Other than the front desk receptionist, there was a complete lack of personal connection. Neither of the medical assistants smiled or were friendly in any way, it was our first time visiting the office. The med assistant directed all of her questions to me, rather than my almost 16 year old daughter, who the appointment was for. The doctor came in rushed, didn’t introduce himself, no eye contact, and says “so what do you want to do?” When I explained that my daughter didn’t know what her options were (this is why we’re here)... read more

I'm very happy with the care I've received by Dr. Ginnetti and his staff. He can sometimes seem rushed and skim over details, but he always makes a point to ensure my questions are answered before leaving. His staff is also very friendly. My skin is the clearest it has been in 10 years after dealing with adult acne.
I went for an overall skin assessment and to have a skin tag removed. All the staff were very courteous, patient, kind, at check in and Dr and Nurse very professional, helpful. I would highly recommend Prairie Dermatology, I was very impressed. Thank you for a pleasant dr visit from all staff and doctor!
