I was rear ended about a month and a half ago, and while it took Prairie Creek a while to get me in, my truck came back looking as good as new, and cleaner than when it went in. They were kind, professional, and kept me updated throughout the whole process!

Picked up my car yesterday after being hit by a deer and it looks like brand new!
They refuse to write me a hail damage estimate. Said it was a waste of there time. Do not recommend. There employees are extremely rude.
I was rear-ended recently and just got my car back today. It looks good as new, and much cleaner than it was when it was brought to the shop! They also kept me updated while it was in the shop and were very polite/professional. I’ll definitely be taking my car here from now on.
We’ve had our car repaired here twice and currently a third time and Jeremy and staff are beyond helpful. They communicate well and go above and beyond. I hate that we have to keep being in situations where we need them, but they’re always a pleasure to work with.
