Been living here for 2 years now and the staff are courteous and helpful. Any issue that has arisen has been taken care off immediately and plus the apartments are just amazingly nice. Very high quality! Plus the best pool in the world!

I have lived here a year now and love it! Great location with easy access to everything. Very friendly staff, great accommodations and it is maintained really well. A very quiet neighborhood, it feels like home! Have met a lot of nice people. The staff has done an amazing job keeping everyone informed and safe during this trying time. So glad the pool opened, its awesome! If you are looking for a great place to live I highly recommended Prairie creek apartment homes.

Friendly atmosphere and lots of things to do. I have met so many fun and kind neighbors. The office and maintenance are on the ball when things need to be done. I have been here for five years. I would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and i moved here close to two years ago. Neither of us can say enough good things about Prairie Creek Apartments & Townhomes. The office staff is awesome. The Maintenance crew is incredibly fast and beyond professional. We both enjoy the fact that the apartments are laid out in a way that doesn't make them feel like just another crammed complex. Prairie Creek Apartments & Townhomes is number one as far as I'm concerned.

In November, Linda and I will have lived here 5 years. This is the best place that I could think of living in the metro area. To begin with, the location is ideal. Located west of I435 and 95th street with access to I435, 95th street and Renner Road. Just on the edge of the more urban part of the city with beautiful woodlands to the west. Now about the grounds, they are emaculate. The groundskeepers are out several times every week. Ive never seen any trash or dumpy cars. Its a very safe environment. The maintenance team is magnificent. They are efficient, timely and very very polite. The staff are the most professional property managers I have ever known. They keep track of all the details, all the requests and they all know me by name. They are excellent. We love it so much here that I would sign a 99 year lease, but they only let me go for 18 months at a time. I highly recommend these apartment homes to anyone who wants a clean, safe and satisfying environment. Bill Yancey and Linda Morrisson

I have lived here over a year and it has been one of my favorite apartments I have lived at. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The apartments are well kept. The floor plan are huge for an apartment. The location is amazing. I love this area. We went from a one bedroom and to one bedroom with a garage and it has been amazing. Very happy living here

We moved here almost 2 years ago from Wichita. I personally toured over 20 complexes in the area, trying to find everything on our "must have" list. Prairie Creek has been a 10-Star complex! Our unit is HUGE and SPACIOUS! The unit comes with a washer and dryer, garden tub, granite counters throughout, TRUE LUXURY! The layout of the buildings gives the apartment more of a home feeling than a crowded apartment building, which is a huge plus. The HUGE patio with storage is also a huge plus, and we enjoy spending evenings outside looking at the stars. Our neighbors are all very friendly. The grounds are kept up beautifully, and perfect for a nice jog with my dogs. Location is also impossible to beat, less than 15 minutes to Downtown KC, walking distance to the new City Center Downtown area of Lenexa, miles and miles of walking/running trails less than 5 minutes away! Office staff deserves ALL THE STARS!! They all go above and beyond to be helpful and accomidating, even the maintenance team are all super friendly and super quick! All and all, hands down- this community is the best bang for your buck in the greater KC area!
