I cannot say enough good things about Prairie! The owners and the staff are such kind, genuine people. The atmosphere feels like home, and it’s my favorite place to get work done or catch up with a friend. The coffee is high-quality (delicious!) and the baked goods are made fresh in house. If you’re a local or visiting the area, you need to stop in! Pictured is the iced white chocolate mocha latte & a cinnamon raisin bagel.
Very good coffee, muffins, and quiche. Lots of seating and love the little gift section with stickers, mugs, etc.
I had the privilege of meeting the owner early this morning. What a kind person, and even better business. Their blended lemonade and turkey bagel was delicious! I never knew of this place, but they have gained a customer for life.
Great atmosphere and great customer service.
