Prairie Clinic: can you guys PLEASE turn the music down in your waiting rooms? They are full of sick people who don’t feel good and your music is constantly blaring. I was just in there today and sitting next to someone who was sick with a head cold and they were talking to me about how loud the music always is. “I’m in here for this migraine and the loud music is not helping” I agree. It is SO LOUD. Some days it’s so loud it actually hurts my ears while I’m sitting in the waiting room. Turn. It. Down.
Tried to make an appointment for man my five year old son for us both having pinkeye. They just said they could make an for my son in two weeks and for me, since my primary care physician doesn’t work there anymore it would be like 6 months for me. I told the nurse that they connected me to that I guess will just suffer. She said ok, have a good day. No wonder this place has such bad reviews! My family of of 5 are all finding a new clinic. Screw this place!
Every time I have to go to this place it’s always a disaster. Pretty sure nobody has a clue what they are doing. Or they are just trying to get more money out of you. If I could give them 0 stars I would but that’s not an option.
I tried to schedule an appointment for my son to see a physician. The receptionist told me that because he was a new patient that I would have to wait 6 months plus to get an appointment. I agreed and then she continued to dissuade me from scheduling suggesting that I seek out other options. I continued to ask for a new patient appointment when she decided that she had talked to me enough and told me she was busy and hung up. WHAT?!?!?!
