Put a call in for an air conditioner issue. Both units on a two zone system were not cooling properly. Set up an appointment for the next morning. I contacted Robin for an AC system replacement quote due to a freon leak "diagnosed" by another local company. Robin listened to my needs and scheduled an appointment for me as soon as possible. Rob identified the true issue with my AC system quickly and got it running as it should by replacing a small part (the contactor). They are professional and honest people.
Jason and team installed a mini-split unit in my garage this week. I have to be honest, my garage is my sanctuary, so I had REALLY high expectations. They were very competitively priced, but exceeded all of my expectations. The unit they installed is amazing but it was quality and cleanliness of the install and work performed by the service team that really knocked my socks off.
