I can't say enough good things about this company. Their service is top notch. We have had them for years. Communication (after hours too) and prompt on anything from maintenance to planning for the next unit you might need. They advocate fiercely on your family's behalf with manufactures as needed. This goes from the owner, to the service people to everyone that answers the phone. TOP NOTCH :)
Prairie Center has done several jobs for us over two different homes in the past and Rob has been wonderful. Above and beyond to help figure out a fix without paying a ton. We have moved out of the KC area and live in Denver now. My dad has gotten older and needed help in the negative temperatures his furnace went out. He called several places for days trying to get someone to help. I was told by another company I needed to replace my system...I was referred to these guys, and they came out quickly and only cost $250.00 and should be good for a while. Highly recommend them.
