Guaranteed to disappoint. They misplaced the original medical history document I brought and didn’t follow up with me while they spent over two weeks to look for this document. Today I went to the office and after about five minutes of waiting was told they couldn’t locate the document. Follow up and responding to requests was horrible. One star! They would benefit from a customer service training. There were too many forgotten items and follow through.
