We have used them for multiple pets - from the start of life to the end. Always compassionate and understanding. Had a medically complicated situation and they kept us informed and gave us multiple options. Listened to our needs and knew our pets.
This place is such a scam!! They overcharge for everything. Try to get you to sign up for a monthly wellness plan just to make you pay even more when you take your animal in for service. There is always an issue with payments coming out every month. Had my husband take his dog in for treatment and made it very clear multiple times that is his dog and to be under his name. I have text messages and phone calls about this and they still never corrected it. Not to mention they added his dog to a wellness plan that we did not sig... read more
Exceptional Care on a Saturday! A huge thank you to Prairie Family for being open on a Saturday. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and informative. Paige was a gem—her knowledge and emotional awareness immediately eased my anxiety. Dr. Siegel is a very kind soul with a contagious smile! I'm so grateful for the excellent communication, including the prompt call to our vet in Texas. You all took so much stress out of our visit. Highly recommend!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. We are relatively new patients. Both of our dogs are reactive. They are absolutely amazing with them both and are so patient. Our Cattle Dog used to be seen at Tender Care in Peoria. Dr. Larson had told me I needed to euthanize him. This was almost 4 years ago and with training he has gotten so much better.
