Worst experience of my life literally tramautized of going to the dentist now. I could not make this up if i tried. Where to start. 1. Only two people in the office. Was the first appointment Dr. Showed up late. 2. The assistant would stop to answer the phone as I was getting worked on several times without washing hands 3. My family of 6 come all the way from Lancaster (77 miles) to see Dr. Zaki and his staff! I tell him all the time I wish I would have met him back in January of this year! After having SO many issues with Western Dental he is TRULY a breath of fresh air! Two of my children (ages 6 and 8) had baby teeth on the verge of coming out and he pulled them out.
